Our CAMHS Services Include:

    • Psychotherapy: Individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help young people develop coping skills, address emotional difficulties, and improve relationships.
    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): A structured approach to help young people identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
    • Family Therapy: Therapy sessions involving the whole family to improve communication, resolve family conflicts, and support the young person's mental health.
  • Medication Reviews: (where appropriate) Reviews and management of medication prescribed for mental health conditions.
  • Crisis Intervention: Support and guidance during times of emotional distress or crisis.
  • Liaison with Schools and Other Professionals: Working collaboratively with schools, GPs, and other professionals involved in the young person's care to ensure a coordinated and effective approach.
  • Early Intervention: Providing early intervention services to prevent mental health problems from escalating.
  • Support for Families and Carers: Offering support and guidance to parents/carers on how to best support their child's mental health.

How Does it Work?
